Bettina is the latest restaurant designed by Bestor Architecture. This is the first restaurant for owners Brendan Smith and Rachel Greenspan who moved to Santa Barbara after stints at Roberta’s in New York. Designed with a casual neighborhood spot-feel it features an open kitchen, which showcases a wood-burning pizza oven. There is a variety of seating, from custom-designed deluxe leather banquettes, tables and a chef’s counter and bar.
