Bestor Architecture updated the interiors and created a new master bed and bath area. Walls were demolished to reorient the interior spaces and open them to the backyard. A new master solarium and trellis were added to the rear of the house and the patio was completely re-envisioned in the style of the famous Lotusland in Santa Barbara.  A new activity hub at the center of the first floor complements the interior connections to the outdoor spaces.
