Bestor Architecture is collaborating with IKAR, a leading edge Jewish community that seeks to inspire people across the religious spectrum, to design their new Center for Jewish and Civic Engagement. Bestor Architecture, which recently completed the new home for the Silverlake Conservatory of Music, will create a new Center that is a thriving part of the urban landscape. It will be flexible and fluid, designed to

communicate both awe and intimacy, inspiring spontaneity, creativity and collaboration. Detailed space needs for The Center are currently being developed to accommodate IKAR’s goals and construction will begin in 2024. Program for the complex includes worship spaces, childcare center, outdoor play space, offices, support spaces, and community activity spaces.
